Q- Does the correction from electronic dog fence system cause harm to my dog?

A- The correction administered to your dog will NOT harm it. The technology used in the collar is only meant to make the dog uncomfortable and not hurt it. The products we sell all ensure the safety of your pet.

Q- What is the recommended age of a puppy to start training with an electric fence system?

A- We recommend that a puppy is at least 6 months old before he/she is trained on an electric fence system. If you have any concerns about your puppy and the exact age, you should consult a veterinarian.

Q- Can I have one than one dog using an electric fence system?

A- Yes, All you need to do is purchase additional collars for each additional pet.

Q- When first training my dog, should he be on or off the leash?

A- The first couple times training your dog will be on a leash. You want to securely pull him back into the safe zone when you first start to introduce the correction.

Q- What happens if the batteries on the collar run out?

A- The collar will become ineffective. It is recommended that you check the battery life of the collar every month. And always have back-up batteries just in case the one in the collar gets low.

Q- Is my pet allowed to wear the special collar inside?

A- It is recommended that you take the collar off the pet while he/she is inside the house. Household appliances may set off a unprovoked correction.

Q- I have a small dog, less than 10 pounds. Is it safe for him to use an electric dog fence system?

A- Yes, we sell systems specifically made for small dogs. Make sure you buy the correct system. The last thing you want to do is buy a system made for a big dog on your Yorkshire.
